1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Brain Games (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Arturs Jermolajevs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional one-time purchases that unlock additional content or features. These are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective payment terms. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective refund policies.

5. Game Progress and Virtual Items

• Levels, hints, unlocked skins, and other in-game items are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.
• This data is stored locally on your device and cannot be transferred, sold, or restored across devices.
• We are not responsible for loss of progress due to app deletion, device failure, or device replacement.

6. Advertising

The App displays ads, including rewarded ads, provided through Google AdMob. Ad content is served by Google and its advertising partners and is not controlled by us.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Modify, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including graphics, puzzles, code, and trademarks, is the property of Arturs Jermolajevs and may not be used without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arturs Jermolajevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
